
Having worked in the service industry for over 30 years, I’ve come to realize that customer relationships are the key to success. I’m super happy to be working for a company like ELTEC where the customers are valued and we are encouraged to create great relationships.
Arising out of these relationships, is the ability to understand each customer and identify their own complex needs. Once we have this understanding, it is easy to align ELTEC’s capabilities to match. Even the small stuff we are able to tailor. For example when I know a customer prefers a proposal in a different form than our standard format. I make sure each and every proposal is sent out per the request. It may seem like such a small detail, but it’s not. It could result on a quicker approval for a much needed repair. I feel great that we are able to make an easy shift on our end to make a difference in our customer’s day.
